Las operaciones que siguen necesitan la in-
tervención de un segundo operador. Póngase
antes de acuerdo sobre las operaciones a rea-
lizar.
Apoye las dos manos en la herramineta (A).
Empuje hacia abajo y simultaneamente introduzca
la herramienta (B) entre la tuerca de bloqueo (7) y la
arandela (8).
Manteniendo bloqueado el bombeante (9), por me-
dio de una llave de horquilla introducida en su sede
correspondiente, apriete el tapón superior botella (5)
en el bombeante (9).
Par de apriete tapón superior botella (5):
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Apoye las dos manos en la herramienta (A).
Empuje hacia abajo y simultaneamente extraiga la
herramienta (B).
Quite la herramienta (A).
Coloque la barra portarrueda-botella en un tornillo
de banco interponiendo los dos semicascos de la he-
rramienta especial (C).
Enrosque y apriete el tapón superior botella (5).
Par de apriete tapón superior botella (5):
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Introduzca el empujador (4) de precarga muelle.
Atornille el regulador (3).
Coloque en su sede el anillo de retén (2).
Actúe sobre el regulador (3) y sobre el tornillo de re-
gulación (1) para ajustar la correcta posición, igual que
la otra barra portarrueda-botella, véase pág. 9-41
(AJUSTE HORQUILLA DELANTERA).
The following operations must be performed
by two persons. Fix the operating procedure
before starting work.
Rest both hands on the tool (A).
Push downwards and at the same time insert the
tool (B) between the locking nut (7) and the washer (8).
Keeping the pumping element (9) still, tighten the
slider upper plug (5) on the pumping element (9) by
means of a fork spanner inserted in the appropriate
seat.
Slider upper plug driving torque (5):
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Rest both hands on the tool (A).
Push downwards and at the same time withdraw the
tool (B).
Remove the tool(A).
Position the wheel-holder tube - slider unit on a vice,
interposing the two half-shells of the special tool (C).
Screw and tighten the slider upper plug (5).
Slider upper plug (5) driving torque:
30÷40 Nm (3÷4 kgm).
Insert the spring preload pushing element (4).
Screw the adjusting element (3).
Position the stop ring (2) in its seat.
Act on the adjusting element (3) and on the adjuster
(1) to restore the correct attitude, which must be the
same as that of the other wheel-holder tube - slider
unit, see p. 9-41 (ADJUSTING THE FRONT FORK).
