Assemble the drive shaft gears, countershaft
gears and the following shifter parts on the
transmission case:

NOTE:
The three forks 020,

from the other.
Fork 040's shape makes it easily distinguishable
from the other two.
To distinguish forks

tention to the following points:

Fork

(positioned on the chain sprocket si-
de) has a painted yellow stamp dot and both fa-
ces of the hole machined.

Fork

has only one face machined whereas
the other is rough.
*
If both forks

hole surface, they may be assembled indiffe-
rently. In this case there is no painted stamp.
CAUTION:
If it is necessary to replace fork
secondary gear, bear in mind that the pieces are
not interchangeable.
It is thus necessary to check that fork
secondary gear codes mate as shown in the table.

Montar los engranajes del eje secundario, los
engranajes del eje primario y las siguientes pie-
zas del selector en el cárter del cambio:

NOTA:
Las tres horquillas 020,
tre si.
La horquilla 04

es facil de distinguir, porque tiene
una forma distinta de las otras dos.
Para distinguir las horquillas
atención a los detalles siguientes:
*
La horquilla
030
de la cadena) presenta una señal de pintura
amarilla y lleva las dos caras del orificio meca-
nicadas.
*
La horquilla
020
mecanizada mientras que la otra esta en bruto.
*
Cuando las dos horquillas
una superficie sin mecanizar del orificio, éstas
pueden montarse indistintamente. En este ca-
so no hay ninguna señal de pintura.
ADVERTENCIA:
De tener que sustituir la horquilla
naje de la 6
a
del secundario, tener en cuenta que
las piezas no son intercambiables.
Por lo tanto es preciso prestar atención a empa-
rejar correctamente los códigos de la horquilla
y del engranaje de la 6
que se indica en la tabla.
