Assemble the countershaft gears. The circlip

should be fitted before the circlip
in the shaft groove.
When mounting circlip, pay attention to the di-
rection of the circlip. Fit it to the side where the
thrust is as shown in the figure with the roun-
ded side against the gear surface.

NOTE:
Always use a new circlip.
CAUTION:
Never reuse a circlip after a circlip has been remo-
ved from a shaft. A used circlip should be discar-
ded and a new circlip must be installed.
When installing a new circlip, care must be taken
not to expand the end gap larger than required to
slip the circlip over the shaft.
After installing a circlip, always insure that it is
completely seated in its groove and securely fit-
ted .

Montar los engranajes del eje primario. El anil-
lo elástico 0B0, que mantiene en posición el
engranaje de la segunda 0A0, tiene que mon-
tarse antes de montar el anillo elástico
el alojamiento del eje.
Cuando se monta el anillo elástico, hay que te-
ner cuidado con el sentido del montaje. Hay
que instalarlo en el lado que recibe el empuje,
como se muestra, con el borde redondeado
contra la superficie del engranaje.

NOTA:
Emplear siempre anillos elásticos nuevos.
ADVERTENCIA:
No hay que utilizar anillos elásticos desmontados
de un eje. Un anillo elástico usado debe ser de-
scartado y substituído con uno nuevo. Cuando se
monta un anillo elástico nuevo, hay que tener cui-
dado y ensanchar solamente el mínimo indispen-
sable para que el anillo resbale en el eje. Después
de haber montado el anillo elástico, hay que verifi-
car que esté correctamente y sólidamente encaja-
do en su alojamiento.
