FUNCTION CHECK
NOTE:
The ignitor checker can be used for this check.
When the ignition switch is turned ON, the ac-
tuator slowly turns until it reaches the full close
position

(from which the operation be-
gins). The mark

on the bracket.

= Full open mark
Start the engine and raise the revolutions to
more than 9.000 ÷ 9.500 rpm and check that the
actuator pulley returns to the full open position
0C0. With the actuator held in this position, the
exhaust valve pulley index line should be ap-
proximately at the full open mark

NOTA:
Para este control se puede utilizar el "ignition
checker".
Cuando el interruptor de encendido se pone en
posición "ON", el accionador lentamente gira
hasta alcanzar la posición de cierre máximo
0A0
(a partir de la que empieza el funciona-
miento). La referencia que hay sobre la polea
0B0
se alinea con la referencia de cierre máxi-
mo
0A0
que hay sobre la abrazadera.
0C0
= Referencia de apertura máxima
Poner en marcha el motor y ponerlo a más de
9.000 - 9.500 rpm y verificar que la polea del ac-
cionador se ponga en la posición de apertura
máxima 0C0.
Con el accionador en esta posición, la línea de
referencia que hay sobre la polea de la válvula
de escape tendría que corresponder aproxima-
damente con la referencia de apertura máxima
0C0que hay sobre la abrazadera.
