Function
Service for the power supply of the detectors. The native 24VDC voltage can be
loaded up to a maximum of 100 mA.
Triggering the application process according to configuration. The trigger signal can
be delivered by a photocell or PLC. The impulse must have 10-30 VDC, a duration of
at least 50ms and the correct polarity. The input is protected against polarity rever-
sal. The current is limited by a protective resistor (2.2 k). The transition from an
inactive status (no current flow in the optocoupler) to the active state (current flow in
the opto-coupler) is recognized as a trigger signal (leading edge).
Function corresponds to the [START] button (comp. Fig. 6-3 page 40) on the control
panel and can be switched for the remote activation using a potential-free contact.
Switch the input against the ground (GND) of the labeller.
This input corresponds to the [Reset] button (comp. Fig. 6-3 page 40) on the control
panel and can be switched for the remote activation using a potential-free contact.
Only switch the input against the ground (GND) of the labeller.
Function
general error. Output from the READY/ALARM relay. The signal is active (READY =
N.O.; ALARM = N.C.), if all of the following points are met:
[START] button has been pressed
Operational readiness of the printer, regardless of any pending print jobs.
Printer currently not in the pause mode (for PAX).
Labels and ribbon available.
Operating pressure is within the defined pressure range.
