DIP-Switch [SW1]

Activation of the pressure monitoring. If within 2 seconds after the *trigger
impulse no label feeding is performed by the print module, the labeller will
[SW1] = ON
switch to a timeout error (see chapter Troubleshooting). This setting is
only useful when the print data is individually transmitted (on-demand)
(comp. Print data management 29).
[SW1] = OFF Activates the function timeout monitoring.

DIP-Switch [SW2] + [SW3]

Configuration of the position in which the tamp pad waits until the *trigger impulse initiates
the application process. More specifically, it is the response of the print-application system
to the *trigger impulse.
*Trigger impulse will be ignored. If the print module has a sufficient num-

ber of print jobs, the Legi-Air 2050 (without external triggering) will perma-

nently conduct application cycles. Ideally, this configuration can be used
for service purposes and time optimizations.
[SW2] = ON
The labeller will begin to print the label after the *trigger impulse and then
immediately perform the application cycle.
[SW3] = OFF
The label was already printed and handed over to the tamp pad. If the
[SW2] = OFF
*trigger impulse is executed, the dispensing tamp will move and apply the
[SW3] = ON
label.
[SW2] = ON
The dispensing tamp will wait in the extended position with the label for
the *trigger impulse to blow-off the label (inverted Tamp Mode).
[SW3] = ON
*Trigger impulse >> input signal (trigger) to the applicator interface, for example, from a photocell or conveying system.
