Mode "variable stroke"
The option "variable stroke" can be used (optional sensor on the tamp
pad). A timer will start when the dispensing tamp leaves the home posi-

tion. If the application stroke sensor does not acquire an object within a
period of 3 seconds, the labeller will switch into a defined fault state (see
chapter Troubleshooting).

LED status messages
As already explained in the "Functions of the control elements" on page 53, the LEDs will
indicate the status of the labeller. The following table shows the application of the LEDs to
the appropriate valves.

The solenoid valve to fill of the bottom chamber of the cylinder is activated (dispensing
tamp retracts to the base or home position).
Cylinder Up

The solenoid valve to fill of the upper chamber of the cylinder is activated (dispensing
tamp expands towards the product).
Air Blow
AB
Solenoid valve function blow temple briefly goes out, while the label is blown off.
Ejector
EJ
Solenoid valve vacuum flashes, while the labeller is waiting for the label. Goes off
when the dispensing tamp is in the home position (home signal).
Air Assist
AA
Solenoid valve support air , switches ON while the label is peeled off.
In addition, the light-emitting diodes indicate a cause of error in case of a fault. For this,
please refer to the chapter troubleshooting, and there to error messages that are dis-
played on the control panel.

The blow-off process of the label is triggered. >>> With the trigger,
the label is blown-off. The following label will be printed automati-
cally (assuming print data is available) and the device once again
ready for the next trigger impulse.
