conversation:
Before contacting our hotline, we kindly ask you to check whether the operating instruc-
tions (Chapter: Troubleshooting) already provide the appropriate troubleshooting instruc-
tions.
We aim to maintain the highest degree of availability of our hotline for our customers.
Please understand that our hotline may ask you to apply the written information contained
in the operating instructions.
