Personal protective equipment

When working on the machine the following protective equipment must be worn:

Machine transport.
Machine set-up and connection.
Maintenance work.

Workplaces operating personnel

The labeller is an automated system and does not require any operator actions to perform
the labelling operations.
During the troubleshooting (e.g. label removal...), maintenance work and repairs, the op-
eration from all system sides will be possible, as long as the respective person is not ex-
posed to any other hazards (conveying systems...) through this.
For the refilling of consumable materials, the operation is exclusively intended to be car-
ried out a single person.
All interventions are only permitted when the labelling machine has been fully
stopped.

SAFETY SHOES
̶ Must be worn to protect against slipping and falling parts.
WORK PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
Tight-fitting clothing with tight sleeves and a low tensile strength,
without protruding parts
̶ If necessary, wear a hair-net
̶ Not wear jewellery or watches
SAFETY GLASSES
̶ These must be worn as a protection against detergent
splashes and airborne parts.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES
̶ Help protect against sharp objects.
