SISTEMA DE REFRIGERACIÓN
Haga deslizar del anillo-guía (17) los cables eléctricos
del termistor y del termointerruptor y el tubo de com-
pensación (12).
Destornille y saque la tuerca de seguridad (18).
Saque el tornillo (19) guardando la arandela y si
acaso la brújula y la goma.

Durante la instalación coloque correctamente
el anillo-guía (20) (en el lado izquierdo del ve-
).

Opere con precaución.
No dañe las aletas del radiador.
Incline apenas hacia adelante el radiador (21) y, a la
vez, levántelo extrayendo de su sede, sobre el soporte
radiador (22), los dos pernos inferiores de anclaje (23-
24).
Saque el radiador (21) completo de electroventilador
(7) y el termointerruptor (10).

Tape las aberturas de los manguitos, impi-
diendo la entrada de cuerpos extraños.
Si resultara necesario :
Desenrosque y saque el termointerruptor (10) guar-
dando la junta.
Saque el electroventilador de refrigeración, véase 5.3
(DESMONTAJE ELECTROVENTILADOR DE REFRI-
GERACION) (punto sexto).

Hay que quitar los cuerpos extraños, sucie-
dad, etc. que estén pegados a las aletas del
radiador utilizando un chorro de aire bajo pre-
sión. Si hay aletas plegadas, tiene que enderezarlas
utilizando un destornillador adecuado pequeño.
Sustituya los manguitos (15-16) si están cortados y/o
agrietados.

Antes de la instalación lave cuidadosamente
el interior del radiador utilizando tan solo agua
limpia.
COOLING SYSTEM
Withdraw the electric cables of the thermistor and of
the thermal switch and the compensating pipe (12)
from the cable guide ring (17).
Unscrew and remove the self-locking nut (18).
Withdraw the screw (19), taking the washer and if
necessary also the bush and the rubber element.

Upon reassembly, position the cable guide
ring (20) correctly (on the left side of the vehi-
cle).

Proceed with care.
Do not damage the radiator fins.
Incline the radiator (21) slightly forwards and at the
same time lift it, withdrawing the two lower anchorage
pins (23-24) from their seat on the radiator support
(22).
Remove the radiator (21), complete with the electrofan
(7) and the thermal switch (10).

Plug the coupling openings, to avoid any acci-
dental introduction of foreign matters.
If necessary:
Unscrew and remove the thermal switch (10), taking
the gasket.
Remove the cooling electrofan, see 5.3 5.3 (REMOV-
ING THE COOLING ELECTROFAN) (point six).

Foreign matters, filth, etc. sticking to the radi-
ator fins must be removed by means of a jet of
compressed air.
Any bent fins are to be straightened using a small
slotted screwdriver.
If the couplings (15-16) show cuts and/or cracks, they
must be replaced.

Before reassembly, thoroughly wash the in-
side of the radiator with clean water only.
