OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO Y DE

PUESTA A PUNTO

2.28 RUEDA DELANTERA

Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-

CIONES GENERALES).

Controle cada 6000 km (u 8 meses).

Desmonte el protector de cárter 7.1.9 (DESMONTA-

JE PROTECTOR DE CARTER).

A causa del peso y del espacio que ocupa el

vehículo la operación que sigue a continua-

ción necesita la intervención de un segundo

operador.

Siga adelante con cuidado y compruebe si puede so-

portar el peso del vehículo.

Peso en vacío del vehículo (en orden de mar-

cha): 200 kg.

Levante la parte delantera y coloque un soporte ade-

cuado (con altura 350 mm) por debajo del motor, de

manera que la rueda delantera tenga espacio suficien-

te para moverse libremente y para evitar la caída del

vehículo.

Mantenga bajada la parte trasera del vehículo.

Gire manualmente la rueda en ambos sentidos.

Compruebe que la rueda gire regularmente y sin obs-

táculos y/o sin ruido, en caso contrario sustituya los

cojinetes, véase 7.2.2 (SUSTITUCION COJINETES).

Si al girar la rueda ésta oscila, controle los componen-

tes correspondientes, véase 7.2.3 (CONTROL).

2.29 RUEDA TRASERA

Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-

CIONES GENERALES).

Controle cada 6000 km (u 8 meses).

Desmonte el protector de cárter 7.1.9 (DESMONTA-

JE PROTECTOR DE CARTER).

A causa del peso y del espacio que ocupa el

vehículo la operación que sigue a continua-

ción necesita la intervención de un segundo

operador.

Siga adelante con cuidado y compruebe si puede so-

portar el peso del vehículo.

Peso en vacío del vehículo (en orden de mar-

cha): 200 kg.

Levante la parte trasera del vehículo y coloque un so-

porte adecuado (con altura 350 mm) por debajo del

motor, de manera que la rueda trasera tenga espacio

suficiente para moverse libremente y para evitar la

caída del vehículo.

Gire manualmente la rueda en ambos sentidos.

Compruebe que la rueda gire regularmente y sin obs-

táculos y/o sin ruido, en caso contrario sustituya los

cojinetes, véase 7.3.2 (SUSTITUCION COJINETES).

Si al girar la rueda ésta oscila, controle los componen-

tes correspondientes, véase 7.3.3 (CONTROL).

PERIODIC SERVICE AND SETTING UP OPERATIONS

2.28 FRONT WHEEL

Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-

TION) carefully.

Check the front wheel every 6000 km (or 8 months).

Remove the oil pan guard, see 7.1.9 (REMOVING

THE OIL PAN GUARD).

Due to the weight and dimensions of the vehi-

cle, the following operation cannot be per-

formed by one person only.

Proceed with care and make sure that you can sup-

port the weight of the vehicle.

Weight of the vehicle without driver (ready for

starting): 200 kg.

Raise the front part of the vehicle and have a suitable

support (the height of which should be about 350 mm)

placed under the engine, so that the front wheel can

rotate freely and the vehicle cannot fall down.

Keep down the rear part of the vehicle.

Make the wheel rotate in one sense or the other man-

ually.

Make sure that the wheel rotation is regular and that

there are no obstacles or noise, otherwise change the

bearings, see 7.2.2 (CHANGING THE BEARINGS).

If during the rotation of the wheel any oscillation should

be noticed, check the involved components, see

7.2.3 (CHECKING).
