7.1.2 DESMONTAJE TAPON DEPOSITO
COMBUSTIBLE
Lea con cuidado 1.2.1 (COMBUSTIBLE) y 4.1 (DEPO-
SITO DE COMBUSTIBLE).

Los vapores del combustible perjudican la sa-
lud. Antes de seguir adelante controle que el
lugar donde trabaja tenga un adecuado cam-
bio de aire.
No inhale los vapores de combustible.
No fume ni utilice llamas libres. No esparza el com-
bustible en el ambiente.
PELIGRO DE INCENDIO Y/O DE EXPLOSIóN
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.

Destornille y saque los tres tornillos (1).
X
Los otros tornillos pueden quedar instalados
en cuanto tienen sólo una función estética.
Abra el tapón (2).
X
Destornille y quite el tornillo (3).
X
Saque el tapón (2) junto con el casquillo (4).
X
Desmonte, en este orden, la junta (5), la cubeta (6) y la
X
junta de la cubeta (7).

Al volverlas montar, coloque la junta de la cu-
beta (7) y la cubeta (6) de forma que los aguje-
ros coincidan perfectamente.

Tape la abertura en el depósito impidiendo la
entrada de cuerpos exteriores.
7.1.3 DESMONTAJE SILLIN
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.

Introduzca la llave (8) en la cerradura del sillín (9).

Gire la llave en sentido horario, levante y extraiga el si-
X

llín (10).
Antes de bajar y de bloquear el sillín, controle
que no haya olvidado la llave en el vano porta-
documentos/kit herramientas.
Para bloquear el sillín: ponga la lengüeta (11) en su
X
alojamiento, baje el sillín y haga presión sobre éste
hasta oír el resorte de la cerradura.
7.1.4 DESMONTAJE PANELES LATERALES
DERECHO E IZQUIERDO
Quite el sillín, véase 7.1.3 (DESMONTAJE SILLIN).

Deje enfriar el motor hasta que el mismo al-
cance la temperatura ambiente.

Actúe con cuidado.
No dañe las lengüetas y/o los correspondien-
tes soportes de acoplamiento.
Maneje con cuidado los componentes barnizados
para no rayarlo o dañarlos.

Destornille y saque los cuatro tornillos (12).

Quite el panel lateral (13).
X
Si la protección anticalor (14) (en el interior de
los paneles) está dañada, sustitúyala.

7.1.2 REMOVING THE FILLER CAP
Read 1.2.1 (FUEL) and 4.1 (FUEL TANK) carefully.

Fuel vapours are noxious for the health.
Before proceeding, make sure that the room
in which you are working is properly venti-
lated.
Do not inhale fuel vapours.
Neither smoke, nor use naked flames.
Do not dispose of fuel in the environment.
RISK OF FIRE AND/OR EXPLOSION.
Position the vehicle on the stand.

Unscrew and remove the three screws (1).
X
The other three screws can be left on the vehi-
cle, since they have only an aesthetic func-
tion.
Open the cap (2).
X
Unscrew and remove the screw (3).
X
Remove the cap (2) together with the metal ring (4).
X
Remove the gasket (5), the small container (6) and the
X
container seal (7) in the given order.

Upon reassembly, position the container seal
(7) and the container (6) correctly, so that the
holes coincide.

Plug the tank opening, in order to avoid any
accidental introduction of foreign matters.

7.1.3 REMOVING THE SADDLE

Position the vehicle on the stand.

Insert the key (8) in the saddle lock (9).
X
Turn the key clockwise, raise and remove the saddle
X

(10).
Before lowering and locking the saddle, make
sure that you have not left the key in the glove
compartment.
To lock the saddle, position the tang (11) in its seat,
X
then lower and press the saddle, thus making the lock
snap shut.
7.1.4 REMOVING THE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDES
Remove the saddle, see 7.1.3 (REMOVING THE SAD-
X
DLE).

Let the engine cool down until it reaches room
temperature.

Proceed with care.
Do not damage the tangs and/or the relevant
seatings.
Handle the painted components with care and avoid
scraping or damaging them.

Unscrew and remove the four screws (12).

Remove the side (13).
X
If the antiheat guard (14) (on the inner side) is
in bad conditions, change it.
