7.1.8 DESMONTAJE VANO
PORTADOCUMENTOS/KIT HERRAMIENTAS
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Desmonte el sillín, véase 7.1.3 (DESMONTAJE SI-
X
LLIN).
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (1) de sujeción cen-
X
tralita C.D.I. (2) y guarde las tuercas correspondientes
en la parte inferior.
Desconecte el conector eléctrico correspondiente y
X
quite la centralita C.D.I. (2).
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (3) de sujeción re-
X
gulador de tensión (4), guarde las dos arandelas y las
correspondientes tuercas en la parte inferior.
Destornille y quite el tornillo (5) soltando los dos cables
X
de masa.
Desconecte los dos conectores eléctricos (6) y quite el
X
regulador de tensión (4).
Extraiga la intermitencia (7) de su propio enganche.
X
Desconecte los dos conectores eléctricos y quite la in-
X
termitencia (7).
Extraiga el grupo fusibles (8) de su propio enganche.
X
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (9) y guarde las co-
X
rrespondientes tuercas de la parte inferior.

Durante el reensamblaje coloque correcta-
mente los componentes eléctricos y los ca-
bles correspondientes.

Destornille y quite el tornillo (10), guarde el casquillo
X
y, eventualmente, el elemento de goma.
Actuando desde la parte trasera con una llave tubular,
X
destornille y quite el tornillo (11), guarde el casquillo y,
eventualmente, el elemento de goma.
Baje el vano portadocumentos/kit herramientas (12) y
X
quítelo extrayéndolo de la parte trasera.

7.1.9 DESMONTAJE PROTECTOR DE CARTER

Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.
X

Deje enfriar el motor hasta que el mismo al-
cance la temperatura ambiente.
Destornille y quite los cuatro tornillos (13).
X
Quite el protector de cárter (14).
X

Si el material fonoabsorbente interior (15) (es-
ponja hidráulica) está dañado, sustitúyalo.

7.1.8 REMOVING
THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT
Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-
TION) carefully.
Remove the saddle, see 7.1.3 (REMOVING THE SAD-
X
DLE).
Unscrew and remove the two screws (1) that fasten
X
the C.D.I. (2) and take the relevant nuts from the lower
part.
Disconnect the relevant electric connector and remove
X
the C.D.I. (2).
Unscrew and remove the two screws (3) that fasten
X
the voltage regulator (4), take the two washers and the
relevant nuts from the lower part.
Unscrew and remove the screw (5), releasing the two
X
earth cables.
Disconnect the two electric connectors (6) and remove
X
the voltage regulator (4).
Withdraw the blinking device (7) from its own coupling.
X
Disconnect the two relevant electric connectors and
X
remove the blinking device (7).
Withdraw the fuse unit (8) from its coupling.
X
Unscrew and remove the two screws (9) and take the
X
relevant nuts from the lower part.

Upon reassembly, make sure that the electric
components and the relevant wiring are posi-
tioned correctly.

Unscrew and remove the screw (10), take the bush
X
and if necessary the rubber element.
Acting on the lower part with a socket spanner, un-
X
screw and remove the screw (11), take the bush and if
necessary the rubber element.
Lower the glove compartment (12) and remove it by
X
withdrawing it from the rear part.
7.1.9 REMOVING THE OIL PAN GUARD
Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-
TION) carefully.
Position the vehicle on the stand.
X

Let the engine cool down until it reaches room
temperature.
Unscrew and remove the four screws (13).
X
Remove the oil pan guard (14).
X

If the internal deadening material (15) (hydrau-
lic sponge) is in bad conditions, change it.
