7.1.15 DESMONTAJE FARO DELANTERO
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Quite el carenado delantero, véase 7.1.14 (DESMON-
X
TAJE CARENADO DELANTERO).
Destornille y quite los cuatro tornillos (1) y guarde las
X
arandelas.

Durante el reensamblaje apriete con cuidado
y moderadamente los tornillos (1) en cuanto
se fijan en el material plástico.
Desmonte el grupo faro delantero (2).

7.1.16 DESMONTAJE SALPICADERO
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Quite el carenado delantero, véase 7.1.14 (DESMON-
X
TAJE CARENADO DELANTERO).
Desconecte los tres conectores eléctricos (3) bajo el
X
indicador temperatura líquido refrigerante.
Extraiga las tres bombillas (4) de iluminación instru-
X
mentos.
Extraiga las seis bombillas (5) de las luces indicado-
X
ras.
Desconecte la transmisión cuentarrevoluciones (6).
X
Desconecte la transmisión velocímetro/cuentakilóme-
X
tros (7).
Afloje y quite las tres tuercas de sujeción (8) y guarde,
X
eventualmente, los elementos de goma.
Quite el salpicadero (9) junto con los siguientes instru-
X
mentos:
- Cuentarrevoluciones (10).
- Velocímetro/cuentakilómetros (11).
- Indicador temperatura líquido refrigerante (12).

7.1.17 DESMONTAJE TABLERO DE INSTRUMENTOS

Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.

Destornille y quite el tornillo (13).

Destornille y quite el tornillo (14).
X

Guarde la arandela y la tuerca especial (15).
X
Destornille y quite el tornillo (16).
X

Maneje con cuidado los componentes barni-
zados para no rayarlos o dañarlos.
Quite el tablero de instrumentos (17) levantándolo.

7.1.15 REMOVING THE HEADLIGHT
Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-
TION) carefully.
Remove the front fairing, see 7.1.14 (REMOVING THE
X
FRONT FAIRING).
Unscrew and remove the four screws (1), taking the
X
washers.

Upon reassembly, tighten the screws (1) mod-
erately, since they are screwed onto plastic
material.
Remove the headlight unit (2).

7.1.16 REMOVING THE DASHBOARD
Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-
TION) carefully.
Remove the front fairing, see 7.1.14 (REMOVING THE
X
FRONT FAIRING).
Disconnect the three electric connectors (3) under the
X
coolant temperature indicator.
Withdraw the three bulbs (4) for the lighting of the in-
X
struments.
Withdraw the six warning light bulbs (5).
X
Disconnect the revolution counter control (6).
X
Disconnect the speedometer/odometer control (7).
X
Loosen and remove the three fastening nuts (8) and if
X
necessary take the rubber elements.
Remove the dashboard (9) together with the following
X
instruments:
- Revolution counter (10).
- Speedometer/odometer (11).
- Coolant temperature indicator (12).
7.1.17 REMOVING THE DASHBOARD FAIRING
Read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL INFORMA-
TION) carefully.
Position the vehicle on the stand.

Unscrew and remove the screw (13).

Unscrew and remove the screw (14).
X

Take the rubber element (15).
X
Unscrew and remove the screw (16).
X
Handle the painted components with care and avoid
scraping or damaging them.
Remove the dashboard fairing (17), by lifting it.
