MOTOR
Destornille el tornillo (17) desconectando el cable del
interruptor cambio en punto muerto (18).
Desconecte el conector del alternador (19) y del pick-
up (20) (lado izquierdo del vehículo).

Los cables del alternador y del pick-up deben
estar completamente sueltos y durante su
instalación hay que colocarlos de la misma manera.

Suelte todos los cables de sus correspon-
dientes abrazaderas de bloqueo.
Luego, prepare el mismo número de abraza-
deras para utilizarlas durante la instalación.

Prepare unas abrazaderas de destornillador
que hay que sustituir a las originales (de tipo
especial sin tornillo).
Corte siguiendo este orden la cabeza de las abrazade-
ras (21-22-23-24-25-26).
Extraiga el tubo de purga aceite (27) (sobre el cárter
c
volante).
Suelte el tubo del enganche (28) sobre la cu-
na.
Extraiga el tubo aceite motor (29) del motor (de motor
a depósito).
Extraiga el tubo aceite motor (30) del motor (de depó-
c
sito a motor).
Suelte el tubo del enganche (31).
Extraiga el manguito líquido refrigerante (32) (en en-
trada a la bomba).
Extraiga el manguito líquido refrigerante (33) (en sali-
da del motor).
Extraiga el tubo de purga aceite motor (34) (sobre la
tapa empujaválvulas).

Suelte todos los tubos de sus correspondien-
tes abrazaderas de bloqueo.
Sucesivamente, prepare el mismo número de
abrazaderas para utilizarlas durante la instalación.

Tape las aberturas del motor, los tubos y los
manguitos, impidiendo la entrada de cuerpos
extraños.
ENGINE
Unscrew the screw (17), disconnecting the neutral
gear switch cable (18).
Disconnect the connector of the alternator (19) and of
the pick-up (20) (left side of the vehicle).

The alternator and pick-up cables must be
completely released and upon reassembly
they must be put back in the original position.

Release all the cables from the fastening
clamps positioned along them. Get other
clamps to be used for the reassembly.

Get screwdriver-type pipe clamps, to replace
the original ones (special type without screw).
Cut the heads of the pipe clamps in the following order
(21-22-23-24-25-26).
Withdraw the oil breather pipe (27) (on the flywheel
guard).
c
Release the pipe from the connection (28) on
the cradle.
Withdraw the engine oil pipe (29) from the engine
(from engine to tank).
Withdraw the engine oil pipe (30) from the engine
(from tank to engine).
c
Release the pipe from the connection (31).
Withdraw the coolant coupling (32) (to the pump).
Withdraw the coolant coupling (33) (from the engine).
Withdraw the engine oil breather pipe (34) (on the tap-
pet cover).

Release all the cables from the fastening
clamps positioned along them. Get other
clamps to be used for the reassembly.
a
Plug all the engine openings, pipes and pipe
couplings, in order to avoid any accidental in-
troduction of foreign matters.
