7.10.2 CONTROL

Controle que ningún componente esté defor-
mado, roto, con grietas y/o golpes evidentes.
Sustituya todos los componentes dañados.
COJINETES
Gire manualmente los rodillos, los cuales tienen que

girar suavemente, sin bloquearse ni hacer ruido.
No deben notarse desajustes.
Hay que sustituir los cojinetes que muestren tales in-
convenientes.

Engrase los rodillos, véase 1.7 (TABLA DE
LOS LUBRICANTES).
AMORTIGUADOR
Controle que el amortiguador no pierda aceite y que su
carrera sea suave y progresiva.
En caso contrario, sustitúyalo.
Si es necesario, seguir con el ajuste, véase 2.27.1
(AJUSTE SUSPENSION TRASERA) y 2.27.2 (AJUSTE
SUSPENSION TRASERA DOTADA DE AJUSTE HI-
DRÁULICO DE PRECARGA
7.10.3 INSTALACION

Cuando realice la instalación engrase los ful-
cros de las bielas, véase 1.7 (TABLA DE LOS
LUBRICANTES), tenga cuidado en colocar las piezas
en la posición correcta y controle varias veces que
las articulaciones se muevan de manera fluida.

7.10.2 CHECKING

Make sure that none of the components
shows deformations, breaks, cracks and/or
evident dents. Replace all the damaged com-
ponents.
BEARINGS
Manually rotate the rollers, which must turn smoothly

and noiselessly.
No axial clearances should be noticed.
The bearings showing these defects must be changed.

Apply grease on the rollers, see 1.7 (LUBRI-
CANT CHART).
SHOCK ABSORBER
Make sure that there are no oil leaks from the shock ab-
sorber and that its travel is smooth and progressive.
Otherwise, change the shock absorber.
If necessary, adjust the suspension, see 2.27.1 (AD-
JUSTING THE REAR SUSPENSION) and 2.27.2 (AD-
JUSTING THE REAR SUSPENSION WITH PRELOAD
HYDRAULIC ADJSUTMENT
7.10.3 REASSEMBLY

Upon reassembly, grease the linkage fulcrum
points, see 1.7 (LUBRICANT CHART) and be
careful to the correct position of the components,
making sure that the articulations move smoothly.
