6.7.5 CONTROL DE LOS DIODOS

Para verificar el funcionamiento de los diodos:
Desmonte el depositio del combustible, véase 7.1.1
(DESMONTAJE DEPOSITO COMBUSTIBLE).
Desconecte los dos conectores eléctricos portadiodos
(4-5).
Con un tester (en funcionamiento como prueba dio-
dos) compruebe los valores entre los dos terminales
machos interiores de cada uno de los diodos, como in-
dicado en la figura.
Valor correcto (medida A): 0 ÷ 1
Valor correcto (medida B):
Si el tester no tiene la función de prueba diodos, utilice
una batería de 12 V y una bombilla de 12 V - 2 W co-
nectando el diodo según lo indicado en figura..

No utilice una bombilla mayor de 2 W porque
el diodo podría dañarse.
Prueba (C): la bombilla no se enciende.
Prueba (D): la bombilla se enciende.

6.7.5 CHECKING THE DIODES

To check operation of diodes:
Remove the fuel tank, see 7.1.1 (REMOVING THE
FUEL TANK).
Disconnect the two electric connectors holding the dio-
des (4-5).
Using a tester (acting as diode tester) check the values
between the two internal male terminals of each diode,
as indicated in figure.
Correct value (measurement A): 0 to 1
Correct value (measurement B):
If the tester does not include the diode test function, use
a 12V battery and a 12V-2W bulb, connecting the diode
as indicated in the figure.

Do not use bulbs over 2W, since the diode
may be damaged.
Test (C): the bulb does not light up.
Test (D): the bulb lights up.
