OPERATION OF THE DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL

Power button
Once the fryer basket guard and the fryer basket are correctly positioned in the
the control panel will light up. Pressing the power button once will set the unit to a default
cooking temperature of 188 ºC (370,4 ºF) and a cooking time of 15 minutes. Pressing the power
button a second time will start the cooking process. Pressing the power button during the cooking

Cooking presets
Press the cooking preset buttons to choose from ten different cooking settings. See the Preset
Table for the cooking time and temperature associated with each setting.

Temperature control buttons
Pressing the + and - symbols allows you to increase or decrease the cooking temperature by
12.2 ºC (10 °F) increments. Holding down the button will change the temperature rapidly.
Temperature setting range: 82 °C – 204 °C (180 °F – 400 °F).
ATTENTION
The display lights of the control panel turn on when the cooking cycle begins and will remain
on for up to 20 seconds after the cooking cycle is finished.
