Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Coloque un soporte (1) por debajo del neumático tra-
sero para mantener la parte trasera del vehículo en po-
sición correcta tras haber soltado el amortiguador.
Destornille y quite la tuerca (2).
Par de apriete tuerca trasera (2): 25 Nm (2,5 kgm).
IMPORTANTE
Para facilitar la extracción del tornillo
(3), levante moderadamente la parte trasera del vehículo.
Extraiga el tornillo (3).
Destornille y quite la tuerca (4).
Par de apriete tuerca (4): 80 Nm (8 kgm).
Extraiga el tornillo (5) y guarde el distanciador (6) y los
dos distanciadores (7).
Destornille y quite la tuerca (8).

ATENCION
Durante la instalación la tuerca (8) debe ser fijada con
LOCTITE
®
.
Par de apriete tuerca (8): 47 Nm (4,7 kgm).
Extraiga el tornillo (9).
Saque el elemento de conexión doble (10).
Destornille y quite la tuerca (11).
Par de apriete tuerca (11): 47 Nm (4,7 kgm).
Extraiga el tornillo (12).
Saque el elemento de conexión individual (13).
De notar daños y/o señales de desgaste, desmonte y
sustituya los componentes siguientes:
– casquillo (14);
– cojinetes (15);
– distanciadores (16).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación engrase los
cojinetes (15), véase pág. 18 (TABLA LUBRICANTES).

Carefully read p. 7 (GENERAL SAFETY RULES).
Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Position a support (1) under the rear wheel to keep the
rear part of the vehicle in the correct position after re-
leasing the shock absorber.
Unscrew and remove the nut (2).
Nut (2) driving torque: 25 Nm (2.5 kgm).
NOTE
To facilitate the extraction of the screw (3),
slightly raise the rear part of the vehicle.
Withdraw the screw (3).
Unscrew and remove the nut (4).
Nut (4) driving torque: 80 Nm (8 kgm).
Withdraw the screw (5), taking the spacer (6) and the
two spacers (7).
Unscrew and remove the nut (8).

Upon reassembly, the nut (8) must be fixed with LOC-
TITE®.
Nut (8) driving torque: 47 Nm (4.7 kgm).
Withdraw the screw (9).
Remove the double connection element (10).
Unscrew and remove the nut (11).
Nut (11) driving torque: 47 Nm (4.7 kgm).
Withdraw the screw (12).
Remove the single connection element (13).
If any damage and/or sign of wear is observed, remove
and change the following components:
– bushing (14);
– bearings (15);
– spacers (16).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, grease the bearings (15),
see p. 19 (LUBRICANT CHART).
