ATENCION
Marque con unas señales los tubos (18) y (19) para
que no confundirse al instalarlos.
IMPORTANTE
Prepare unas abrazaderas de des-
tornillador para sustituirlas a la original (de tipo especial
sin tornillo).
Corte la cabeza de la abrazadera (20).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación sustituya las
abrazaderas de destornillador (20) y (21) con otras nue-
vas.
Marque con unas señales y extraiga el tubo (18) del
motor.

ATENCION
Marque con unas señales los tubos (22) y (23) para
que no confundirse al instalarlos.
Afloje las abrazaderas (24) y (25).
Marque con unas señales y extraiga los tubos (22) y
(23) del motor.
IMPORTANTE
Prepare un soporte (A) de 95 mm de
altura y base de apoyo 100 mm x 100 mm.
Coloque el soporte (A) bajo el alojamiento del silent-
block (29) para impedir su bajada.

ATENCION
Coloque un suplemento adecuado por debajo de la
rueda trasera, para impedir su bajada.
Destornille y quite la tuerca inferior (26).
Par de apriete tuerca inferior (26): 50 Nm (5,0 kgm).
Extraiga completamente el perno (27).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación: para introdu-
cir el perno (27), apalanque entre la placa (28) y el silent-
block (29) con un destornillador adecuado (30), hasta ali-
near los agujeros correspondientes (véase figura).
Actuando con el destornillador (30), ponga cuidado en no
dañar el silent-block (29).
Destornille y quite la tuerca perno transmisión motor-
elemento de conexión (17).
Par de apriete tuerca perno transmisión motor-ele-
mento de conexión: 80 Nm (8,0 kgm).

Mark the pipes (18) and (19) to avoid confusing them
during the reassembly.
NOTE
Get screwdriver-type pipe clamps, to replace the
original ones (special type without screw).
Cut the head of the clamp (20).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, replace the pipe clamps (20)
and (21) with new ones.
Mark the pipe (18) and withdraw it from the engine cou-
pling.

Mark the pipes (22) and (23) to avoid confusing them
during the reassembly.
Loosen the clamps (24) and (25).
Mark the pipes (22) and (23) and withdraw them from
the engine coupling.
NOTE
Prepare a 95 mm high support (A) with 100 x
100 mm base.
Place the support (A) under the seat of the silent-block
(29) to prevent it from lowering.

Put a proper shim under the rear wheel, to prevent it
from lowering.
Unscrew and remove the lower nut (26).
Lower nut (26) driving torque: 50 Nm (5.0 kgm).
Withdraw the pin (27) completely.
NOTE
Upon reassembly: to introduce the pin (27), le-
ver between the plate (28) and the silent-block (29) with a
suitable screwdriver (30), until the relevant holes are
aligned (see figure).
While working with the screwdriver (30), take care not to
damage the silent-block (29).
Unscrew and remove the connection link - engine ful-
crum pin nut (31).
Driving torque of the connection link - engine fulcrum
pin nut: 80 Nm (8,0 kgm).
