Instale y fije el filtro (2) verticalmente de modo que el
aceite residual que ha quedado en los tubos (8) no se
salga.

Durante la instalación, tras haber llenado el depósito,
realice la purga aceite mezclador, véase abajo (PUR-
GA ACEITE MEZCLADOR).
Guarde el depósito aceite mezclador (5).

Desmonte parcialmente el depósito aceite mezclador,
pág. 66 (DESMONTAJE - Desmontaje parcial).
IMPORTANTE
Prepare un recipiente, con capa-
cidad de aproximadamente 1,5
mezclador en salida.
Quite el tapón depósito (9).
Vierta el aceite mezclador en el recipiente hasta vaciar
completamente el depósito.
Vuelva a instalar el tapón (9).

IMPORTANTE
Purgue la instalación del aceite
mezclador cada vez que el aceite contenido en el depósi-
to acaba completamente o que se desconecta el tubo de
alimentación aceite para desmontar el depósito.

PELIGRO
Lave con cuidado las manos tras haber manejado el
aceite.
No esparza el aceite en el ambiente.
MANTENGASE LEJOS DEL ALCANCE DE LOS NI-
ÑOS.
Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
Llene del todo el depósito aceite mezclador.
Desmonte la tapa de inspección derecha, véase
pág. 45 (DESMONTAJE TAPAS DE INSPECCION
DERECHA E IZQUIERDA).
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (10).
Destornille y quite los tres tornillos (11).
Quite el protector de bomba (12) de su sede.
Ponga por debajo del vehículo, en correspondencia
con el tornillo de purga aceite (13), un recipiente para
recoger el aceite.
Destornille y quite el tornillo de purga aceite (13) y es-
pere que el aceite se salga del orificio.

ATENCION
Es importante que el aire se salga del todo, en cuanto
el funcionamiento del motor con presencia de aire en
la instalación del aceite mezclador, podría causar gra-
ves daños al mismo.
En cuanto el aceite en salida resulte sin burbujas de ai-
re, atornille y apriete el tornillo de purga aceite (13).
Controle el nivel aceite mezclador y rellene, si es nece-
sario.

Upon reassembly, fill the tank and bleed the 2 stroke
oil, see below (BLEEDING THE 2 STROKE OIL TANK).
Take the mixer oil tank (5).

Partially remove the mixer oil tank, see p. 67 (REMOV-
AL – Partial removal).
NOTE
Prepare a container with approximately 1.5
capacity to gather the mixer oil that flows out of the tank.
Remove the cap (9).
Pour the mixer oil in the container until the tank is com-
pletely empty.
Put back the cap (9).

NOTE
Bleed the 2 stroke oil system whenever the 2
stroke oil tank is completely empty or the oil supply pipe is
disconnected to remove the tank.

Carefully wash your hands after handling the oil.
Do not dispose of the oil in the environment.
KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Fill the 2 stroke oil tank completely.
Remove the right inspection cover, see p. 45 (REMOV-
ING THE RIGHT AND LEFT INSPECTION COVERS).
Unscrew and remove the two screws (10).
Unscrew and remove the three screws (11).
Remove the pump case (12) from its seat.
Position a container under the vehicle, in correspond-
ence with the oil drain screw (13), in order to gather the
oil.
Unscrew and remove the oil drain screw (13) and wait
until the oil flows out of the hole.

It is important to wait until all the air has come out,
since the engine running with air in the 2 stroke oil
system can seriously damage the engine itself.
When no more air bubbles can be seen in the outflow-
ing oil, screw and tighten the oil drain screw (13).
Check the 2 stroke oil level and top up, if necessary.
