ATENCION
Asegúrese de que el vehículo esté en posición verti-
cal con las dos ruedas apoyadas sobre el suelo.
IMPORTANTE
Actúe con el caballete central levan-
tado; muelles en posición de reposo.
Utilizando una herramienta apropiada (tensor de mue-
lles), desenganche los dos muelles (1) y (2) del engan-
che.
Saque los muelles (1) y (2).

ATENCION
La tuerca (3) sólo tiene una función de bloqueo de se-
guridad. Durante la instalación, apriete el tornillo (4)
por primero y luego atornille y apriete la tuerca (3).
Destornille y quite la tuerca (3).
Par de apriete tuerca (3): 23 Nm (2,3 kgm).
Extraiga el tornillo (4) y guarde la arandela elástica
(5) y el casquillo (6).
Par de apriete tornillo (4): 23 Nm (2,3 kgm).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación engrase el
casquillo (6), véase pág. p. 18 (TABLA LUBRICANTES).
Desmonte el caballete (7).
IMPORTANTE
Si el tampón (8) resulta dañado y/o
desgastado, sustitúyalo.

Secure the vehicle in vertical position with the two
wheels resting on the ground.
NOTE
Work with the centre stand up; springs at rest.
Using a suitable tool (spring stretcher), disconnect the
two springs (1) and (2) from the coupling.
Remove the springs (1) and (2).

The nut (3) serves only as a safety locking element.
Upon reassembly, first screw and tighten the screw
(4) and successively screw and tighten the nut (3).
Unscrew and remove the nut (3).
Nut (3) driving torque: 23 Nm (2.3 kgm).
Withdraw the screw (4) and take the elastic washer
(5) and the bushing (6).
Screw (4) driving torque: 23 Nm (2.3 kgm).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, grease the bushing (6), see
p. 19 (LUBRICANT CHART).
Remove the stand (7).
NOTE
If the plug (8) is damaged and/or worn, change
it.
