Alarm Analysis
LOS (Loss Of Signal) indicates that there is no input signal or an
all-zeros pattern on the incoming SONET/SDH signal persists for more
than 100 μs.
Frequency alarm indicates that the received signal rate meets the
standard rate specifications (green) or not (red).
