In the example below, the outputs Q03 ~ Q07 will have their status moved when there is
a rising pulse in the I01 displacement input. The displacement will occur from the Q03
output to the Q07 output, one position to each pulse of I01.

Notice that, at each displacement pulse, the status of the Q07 output will be written in
the Q03 output.
