7.1.1 Digital Inputs

For the points of CLIC-02 digital input, variables type I are associated. The maximum number
of digital input points I varies according to CLIC-02 model, reaching up to 12 points – I01 ~I0C.
The expansion digital inputs are assigned by the X variable, in the range of X01 ~ X0C.

7.1.2 Digital Outputs

For the digital output points of CLIC-02, variables Q are assigned. The number of digital output
points Q varies according to the CLIC-02 model, reaching up to 8 points – Q01 ~ Q08. For
expansion digital outputs, variables Y-Y01 ~Y0C are associated. In this example, the output
point Q01 will be connected when the input point I01 is activated.
When CLIC-02 model has less digital outputs, remaining variables Q may be used as
auxiliary markers, increasing even more CLIC-02 capacity.
