For inductive loads on Alternating Current, when the relay output is used, it is required
to connect a parallel surge absorber to eliminate possible noise. For inductive loads on
Direct Current, when the relay output is used, it is required to connect a parallel freewheel
diode. The supported reverse voltage of the freewheel diode must be greater than 5~10
times the load voltage and the positive current must be greater than the load current. If
the CLIC-02 output is the transistor, it is also required to use the freewheel diode.
Both the Digital I/O and the Analog modules have a LED indicator of the connection status
with the basic unit. The possible status for this Led are shown below.
11.3 ANALOG EXPANSION MODULES
The maximum configuration of the mounted analog expansion modules is composed by
2 x 2AO, 1 x 4PT and 1 x 4AI. The first module 2AO connected to the CPU of the CLIC-02
corresponds to the addresses AQ01~AQ02 and the second module 2AO corresponds to
the addresses AQ03~AQ04. The four inputs of the module PT correspond to the addresses
AT01~AT04 and the four inputs of the module 4AI correspond to A05~A08.
The screen which shows the current value of the outputs 2AO is shown below:
The screen which shows the current value of the inputs 4PT is shown below:
