7.4.17 Analog Outputs

The AQ digital variables are directly associated with expansion analog output modules.
The analog output configuration is executed by the programming software, in the menu
Edit>>Adjustment AQ. The standard mode of analog output is 0~10V, with the corresponding
value between 0~1000. It can also be set to current mode 0-20mA, with the register value
between 0~500. The output operation mode is set by the current value of the registers
DRD0~DRD3, as shown below:
Mode
1
0: voltage mode, output value goes to 0 when PLC in STOP
2
1: current mode, output value goes to 0 when PLC in STOP
3
2: voltage mode, output value is maintained when PLC in STOP
4
3: current mode, output value is maintained when PLC in STOP
The DR value will be 0 if the value is not in the 0~3 range.
In the example below, we can view the AQ variables values and their respective output
values, in accordance with the output mode configuration. In this case, constant values
are transferred to the outputs, but any analog variable can be associated.
