General Information
Firmware: Internal software of the PLC. It controls the overall operation of the PLC hardware
functions and executes the user program.
Ladder: Graphical language for PLC programming, very similar to electrical diagrams.
RAM Memory: Random Acess Memory. Volatile random access memory.
FLASH Memory: Nonvolatile memory that can be electrically written and erased.
RTC: Real Time Clock.
PWM: Pulse Width Modulation. A PWM output will generate an output waveform with
programmable frequency and width.
Word: It is a binary piece of information formed by a set of 16 bits or 2 bytes, which can
generate values from 0 ~ 65535.
