4.2 Vehicle on the rolling road test bench
If the vehicle is operated on a braking or power test bench, then you must always use a
two-axle rolling road test bench because of the permanent all-wheel-drive.
One-sided high speed balancing between the front and rear axles in com-
bination with a high load will damage the self-locking centre differential.
4.3 Wheels/tyres
4.3.1 Tyre sizes
You must only use the tyre sizes approved by the vehicle manufacturer for the specific
vehicle variant.
4.3.2 Winter tyres
As a result of the all-wheel-drive, your vehicle has improved drive characteristics with
standard tyres in winter conditions. Nevertheless, Oberaigner recommends fitting winter
tyres to all wheels since this will improve the braking effect above all.
