4. OPERATING NOTES

4.3.3 Snow chains

Fit only appropriate snow chains and make sure they are properly located, since other-
wise the chains may come loose and cause damage to parts of the vehicle or brake lines
and hoses. This may cause you to lose control of your vehicle, cause an accident and injure
yourself or other persons.
If possible, use fine-link snow chains that add a maximum of 15 mm, including the chain
lock.
