Object 6100h: read input 16 bit
This object reads the condition of the input lines in groups of 16
with 16 bits of information.
A maximum of 254 groups can be addressed, in other words
254 x 16 = 4064 inputs.
If this object is not supported, the device behaves according to
the default value.
1 = input inverted
0 = input not inverted
