Reassembly:
1) Install a new 19.5 x 1.5 mm O-ring on the filter, and install
the filter on the strainer body.

2) Install a new 32.2 x 2 mm O-ring and the float ring on the

strainer cup.
3) Install the strainer cup on the strainer body and tighten the

strainer cup to the specified torque by attaching a wrench
or equivalent tool to the hex part of the strainer cup.

TORQUE: 3 N . m (0.3 kgf . m, 2.2 lbf . ft)

4) Install the strainer suspension on the fuel strainer [low

pressure side] by aligning the center of the rib of the
strainer suspension with the midpoint between the joints of
14
the fuel strainer and the " " mark on the rib toward up as
shown.
