6) Remove the two 6 x 25 mm bolt/washers from the vapor
separator assembly.
7) Remove the two vapor separator grommets and the two
collars.
b. DISASSEMBLY
1) Remove the two 6 x 14 mm flange bolts and remove the
pressure regulator.
2) Remove the two O-rings and the backup ring from the
pressure regulator.
Replace the O-rings and the backup ring with the new ones.
3) Remove the three 5 mm screw washers and remove the
strainer cover, two O-rings, fuel strainer (high pressure
side) and the spring.
Replace the O-rings with the new ones.
4) Remove the service check bolt and remove the sealing
washer.
Replace the sealing washer with a new one.
