Remote Control Cable [Throttle Side] Adjustment:
Check that the remote control cable [throttle side] is installed
on the throttle arm.

1) Remove the engine cover (P. 4-2).

2) Perform throttle rod adjustment (P. 3-17).

3) Set the throttle in the full open position.

4) When the throttle is in the full open position, check that the

throttle arm is in contact with the full open stopper A of the
throttle arm bracket, and check the clearance between the
14
throttle lever and the full open stopper B of the throttle
body. It must be 1 mm (0.04 in) or below.

5) When the throttle arm does not come in contact with the
16 full open stopper A or when the clearance is more than 1
mm (0.04 in), adjust as follows.
