Turn the combination switch ON and check
whether the oil indicator light comes ON.
Turn the combination switch OFF.
Short the No.33 terminal (Yellow) of the
ECM connector A main wire harness

side 36P connector to the engine ground
using a jumper wire.
Turn the combination switch ON.

OPL (Yellow)
VIEWED FROM THE TERMINAL SIDE
Check that the oil indicator light does not
come ON.
Is it normal?
YES
Replace the ECM with a new one and
recheck.
