Check/repair method
Replace the motor assembly.
Check that the manual valve is installed
securely. Replace if it is damaged. Check the O-
ring surface for damage and replace if
necessary. If there is no damage, clean the O-
ring and install on the manual valve properly.
Check the O-ring for damage and replace if
necessary. If there is no damage, clean the free
piston and O-ring and reinstall them properly.
Check the oil seal for damage and foreign
material, and check the O-ring for damage.
Replace the oil seal and O-ring if necessary.
Check the piston rod comp. for wear, damage
and bend. Replace the piston rod as an
assembly if necessary. (Do not disassemble the
piston rod comp.)
Check the oil level and add oil if necessary.
Check the valve for wear and damage and
replace it if necessary. If the valve is normal,
clean it and reinstall it properly.
(Do not disassemble the upper chamber/lower
chamber check valve and spool valve. The up
relief valve is built in the spool valve.)
Replace the gear pump assembly if the pump
idles or too heavy. (Do not disassemble the gear
pump assembly.)
Check the valve for damage and wear and
replace if necessary. If the valve is normal, clean
it and reinstall it properly. (If the thermal valve
is abnormal, replace the manual valve.)
Check the ball seat and neighboring parts for
damage and replace the piston rod as an
assembly if necessary. (Do not disassemble the
piston rod.) If the ball seat and neighboring
parts are normal, clean them and reinstall them
properly.
Replace the cylinder comp. if the valve is
abnormal. (Do not disassemble the lower
chamber safety valve.)
Check the valve for damage and wear and
replace it if necessary. If normal, clean the valve
and reinstall it properly. Check the O-ring for
damage and replace it if necessary.
