Check the main relay (P. 18-17).
Is it normal?

Check the combination switch
(P. 15-8, 16-35).

Check the main wire harness.
Is it normal?

Check the handle cable or remote
control cable A and B.
Are they normal?
YES
Replace the ECM with a new one and
recheck.
