Important Notes

Important: never operate the roaster at
temperatures in excess of 220 °C; higher
temperatures will damage the non-stick coating.
Important: remove the heating element, the
pull-out rack and the roaster from the oven
compartment when carrying out pyrolytic
cleaning. The temperature during pyrolytic
cleaning will damage the non-stick coating.
Caution, risk of burns! Use heat-resistant oven
gloves when removing the roaster from the oven.
Caution, risk of burns! In the roaster mode the
heating element continues to heat for some time
even when the door is open.
Caution, risk of scalding when removing the lid.
Only use the core temperature sensor when you use
the roaster without the lid.
Do not use the roaster in the baking stone mode.
Do not use the roaster on an electric or gas cooker.
In catalytic cleaning ovens, use the grease filter to
avoid soiling of the fan wheel.
Use only wooden or heat-resistant plastic cooking
implements. You can scoop the sauce with heat-
resistant plastic spoons.
Never cut food in the roaster. This will damage the
non-stick coating.
Before using it for the first time, clean the roaster
with hot detergent solution and a soft brush or a
soft sponge.
