16) Remove the swivel case assembly, and remove the 22 mm
wave washer.
17) Remove the two swivel case bushings from the swivel case
assembly.
Check the swivel case bushings for wear, damage or
deformation, and replace them with new ones if necessary.
18) Remove the tilting shaft from the R. stern bracket.
19) Remove the tilting bolt cap and the 7/8-14 UNF self-locking
nut from the tilting shaft.
Replace the 7/8-14 UNF self-locking nut with a new one on
reassembly.
