d. INSTALLATION
1) Apply marine grease to the insertion part and threads of
the two 10 x 130 mm special bolts.
2) Install the 10 x 130 mm special bolts, upper rubber mount
As and the upper mount holders on the mount case
assembly. Install with the cutout in the special bolts,
projection on the upper rubber mount A and the recess in
the upper mount holders toward up as shown.
3) Set the 6 mm washers, and tighten the eight 6 mm hex
bolts securely.
4) Install the mount case assembly on the swivel case
assembly.
5) Install the special washers on the mount case with the
cutout toward up and the projection toward the mount case
as shown.
6) Set the 10 mm washers on the special washers, and tighten
the 10 mm self-locking nuts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 45 N . m (4.6 kgf . m, 33 lbf . ft)
