6) Install the 22 mm wave washer on the tilting shaft.
7) Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the two lower
cylinder bushings, and install them on the power trim/tilt
assembly.
8) Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the lower
cylinder collar, and install it on the power trim/tilt
assembly.
9) Install the 19.4 x 6 mm spacer on the lower cylinder collar.
10) Raise the swivel case assembly to the uppermost position
and hold it in the position.
11) Install the power trim/tilt assembly on the R. stern bracket.
12) Install the L. stern bracket on the tilting shaft and the lower
cylinder collar.
13) Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the two upper
cylinder bushings, and install them on the piston rod.
14) Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the upper
cylinder pin.
15) Align the hole in the piston rod with the hole in the swivel
case assembly, and insert the upper cylinder pin into the
holes.
16) Secure the upper cylinder pin by installing the two 10 mm
E-rings in the grooves in the upper cylinder pin.
