17) Apply ATF to a new O-ring and install it on the down relief
valve seat.

18) Apply ATF to the outer surface of the down relief valve seat,
and install it on the cylinder comp.

19) Install the steel ball, spring guide and the valve spring in
the down relief valve seat.

20) Apply ATF to a new O-ring, and install it on the upper

chamber safety valve.

21) Apply ATF to the outer surface of the upper chamber safety
valve, and install it in the cylinder comp.

22) Apply ATF to the two new O-rings, and install them in the

cylinder comp. in the positions shown.

23) Install the gear pump assembly in the cylinder comp.
aligning the projection on the bottom of the gear pump

assembly with the positioning hole in the cylinder comp.
NOTICE

Install the gear pump assembly with care not to move the
two O-rings in the cylinder comp. out of position.
17
24) Tighten the three socket bolts to the specified torque.
18
TORQUE: 5.2 N . m (0.5 kgf . m, 3.8 lbf . ft)
