4) Loosely tighten the friction plate on the mount frame.
Tighten the two 6 x 12 mm flange bolts securely while
pressing the friction plate against the mount frame as

shown.

5) Align the projection on the swivel case with the cutout in

the friction block, and install the friction block on the swivel
case with the friction block's disc surface toward down

(toward the friction plate).

• Check the friction block's disc surface for contamination
with oil or grease. Clean the disc surface thoroughly if

necessary.
