f. SWIVEL CASE REASSEMBLY
1) Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the two tilt arm
bushings, and install them on the swivel case.
2) Set the spring installation part of the tilting bracket on the
swivel case with the stopper of the tilt stopper toward
down as shown.
3) Drive in the 2.5 x 20 mm spring pins using a commercially
available 2.5 mm pin driver as shown.
After driving the 2.5 x 20 mm spring pin, check that the end
of the spring pin is protruding by 1.0 - 2.0 mm (0.04 -
0.08 in) on the opposite side.
4) Apply marine grease to the hooks of the tilt stopper spring
and install it on the swivel case.
5) Install the four grease fittings on the swivel case, and
tighten them to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 3 N . m (0.3 kgf . m, 2.2 lbf . ft)
