Medidas de primeiros socorros
Contato com a pele e/ou olhos
Óleo térmico/combustível
Retirar imediatamente roupas e sapatos contaminados.
Em caso de contato com a pele e/ou com os olhos não
friccione as partes atingidas.
Para o caso de contato com a pele, lavar a área atingida
com água em abundância por pelo menos 20 minutos,
preferencialmente sob chuveiro de emergência.
O contato com a pele pode causar irritação de leve a
moderada e em casos crônicos poderá ocorrer dermatite
por ressecamento da pele.
Por operar em altas temperaturas, pode ocasionar
queimaduras severas, todo cuidado é pouco.
Para o caso de contato com os olhos, lavar com água em
abundância por pelo menos 20 minutos, mantendo as
pálpebras separadas. Usar de preferência um lavador de
olhos.
Massa asfáltica ou CAP
Em caso de contato do produto aquecido com a pele
e/ou com os olhos, lavar em água fria até que haja
endurecimento e resfriamento do material, cobrir a
queimadura e encaminhar ao médico. É possível a
ocorrência de gás sulfídrico.
Ingestão
Se ingerido pode ser aspirado para os pulmões e
provocar pneumonia química.
Não provocar vômito. Se a vítima estiver consciente,
lavar a sua boca com água limpa em abundância e fazê-
la ingerir água.
Inalação
As intoxicações mais freqüentes em equipamentos de
usinagem e estocagem de massa asfáltica ocorrem por
inalação pelas vias respiratórias de poeiras, de gases de
combustão ou pelo contato com combustíveis líquidos ou
gasosos.
O óleo térmico utilizado no equipamento opera em
temperatura próxima de 180ºC e quando aquecido gera
vapores que não devem ser inalados, pois são tóxicos.
Entretanto, em caso de intoxicação por inalação dos
vapores, a vítima deverá ser removida para local arejado.
A intoxicação pode provocar dor de cabeça, náuseas e
tonturas, podendo em altas concentrações chegar à
confusão mental, depressão e até perda de consciência,
bem como, também pode causar irritação das vias
aéreas superiores.
Se a vítima não estiver respirando, aplicar respiração
artificial. Se a vítima estiver respirando com dificuldade,
administrar oxigênio a uma vazão de 10 a 15 l/min.
Para qualquer caso, deve-se procurar assistência médica
imediatamente, levando os dados técnicos do produto,
sempre que possível.

Contact with skin and/or eyes
Thermal oil/fuel
Immediately remove contaminated clothing or shoes.
In the case of contact with skin and/or with the eyes, do
not rub the affected parts.
In the case of contact with skin, wash the affected area
with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes, preferably
under an emergency shower.
Contact with skin can cause light to moderate irritation
and in chronic cases dermatitis may occur due to dry
skin.
Since it operates at high temperatures, it can cause
severe burning, so extra caution should be taken.
In the case of contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of
water for at least 20 minutes trying not to shut the eyelids.
It would be best to use an eye washer.
Asphalt mixture or AC
If this hot product comes in contact with skin and/or eyes,
wash with cold water until it hardens and cools the
material, cover the burn, and seek medical help. Sulfuric
gas may be created.
Swallowing
If swallowed it could be aspired into the lungs and cause
chemical pneumonia.
Do not provoke vomiting. If the victim is conscience, wash
his/her mouth with plenty of clean water while drinking
some of the water.
Inhalation
The most common intoxication that occurs with
machining and asphalt mixture storage equipment is by
inhalation through the respiratory tracks of dust,
combustion gases, or by contact with liquid or gas fuels.
The thermal oil used on the equipment operates at a
temperature close to 180ºC. When it is hot it generates
vapors that should not be inhaled because they are toxic.
However, in the case of intoxication due to inhaling these
vapors, the victim should be taken to a well-ventilated
location.
The intoxication may cause a headache, nausea, and
dizziness and in high concentrations may even cause
mental confusion, depression, and even fainting, as well
as possibly irritating the upper airways.
If the victim is not breathing, use artificial respiration. If
the victim is breathing with difficulty, administrate oxygen
at a flow of 10 to 15 l/min.
Medical help should be immediately sought in all these
cases, taking any technical data of the product whenever
possible.
